More than two years ago, the first conveyor elements left the new 5,000 sqm production site, Plant 3 in Werne. In the meantime, the processes are firmly established and the state-of-the-art machinery with current robot technology and fully automated high-performance saws has fully arrived in regular operation. The optimisation of the flow of goods, the production routes and the integration of more highly automated equipment for standardised roller types (idlers, conical rollers, motorised rollers) were at the centre of the planning of this new plant.

This means that the capacity expansion has been fully implemented while at the same time relieving the other plants. The consequences for our customers are noticeable: shorter delivery times and more capacities in all product areas. And so we help both small businesses and globally operating logistics groups to select and produce the product that is perfectly suited to the respective application.

We offer solutions in diameter ranges from 16-130 mm. If a drive is required, a choice can be made between round or V-ribbed belt drive, chain or toothed belt wheel. Coatings such as PVC, NBR rubber coating, polyurethane, epoxy resin, chrome, Teflon, etc. as well as conical plastic elements for curved tracks round off the portfolio. Especially for the food industry, additional belt reels with plastic tubing made of HDPE have been developed.

With the expansion of the production areas, the component business in the field of storage technology is also being further expanded. Rollex offers roller and wheel tracks as well as brake and brake support rollers for many applications. The range also includes complete gravity roller conveyors (FiFo and LiFo) with or without racking as well as components for building your own dynamic storage technology solutions.
