The plastic rollers type 610 and 611 have a load capacity of 100 N, while the steel rollers type 612 can carry up to 200 N. They are available in shaft diameters of 6 mm or 8 mm. These rollers are used in various conveyor and storage technology applications, including flow racks, guide rails, roller conveyors, packaging machines and as guide elements for drive belts.
All-round rollers are used in a wide range of applications when it comes to turning, sorting, diverting, feeding or picking flat containers, load carriers, packages, cartons or workpieces. The distance between the rollers or rails is determined by the dimensions and weight of the goods to be conveyed, which means that table surfaces of any size can be created with all-round roller rails.
Please note that the weight of the goods to be conveyed should not exceed the following individual weight limits: Ø 50 mm: 100 N - Ø 60 mm: 200 N - Ø 80 mm: 400 N.
Our rollers are suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -12°C to +80°C. It is important to know that the all-round rollers should always be installed in the main conveying direction, as the rolling resistance is somewhat greater in the secondary conveying direction. If uniform rolling resistance is required in all directions, the rollers can be installed offset by 90°.

Equipped with plastic or steel rollers, type 723 is the all-rounder among the roller rails. The possible applications are virtually unlimited. Galvanized steel profiles ensure a long service life.
The type 726 roller track is ideal for transporting light and small goods from A to B as quickly as possible. Rollers with wheel flanges keep the transported goods securely on the track.
